10 Tips de la nutricionista de Entalla para perder peso y lograr tu mejor versión

Every time we set the goal of losing weight, we find many obstacles that interfere and prevent us from achieving it. However, there are also very simple tricks and steps that can be our best allies not only to achieve our goal of losing weight, but to improve the state of our heart, our health, our appearance, the quality of our skin and lead our life. in general at a better level. And that is precisely what we want you to achieve! For this reason, the Chief Nutritionist of Entalla, Sabrina Hernández-Cano, prepared 10 suggestions that can be the key to achieving your goals. Take notes and put them into practice!

1. Avoid falling into the mental trap of constantly thinking that "you start tomorrow." Do it today! Download the 28-day DALE Plan from the mientalla.com page, read it, prepare what you will need to carry out the first week, look for the supplements that will support you, and start at once!

2. Don't think about the past or the future. Your previous experiences trying to lose weight do not have to be repeated. It's also not a good idea to set unrealistic expectations for yourself. Work starting today to put your goal into action step by step and keep doing it daily, even if it's not perfect. Production is better than perfection. It works better to do 10 to 15 minutes of exercise daily than one hour every three months.

3. Stay prepared with foods that work for you. Focus on those that "give your body premium gasoline." Those products that provide you with vitamins, minerals, fiber, enzymes and probiotics such as yogurt, kefir, fruits, vegetables, nuts, healthy fats such as avocado, chia seeds and linseed.

4. Don't buy out of temptation or creating white lies to justify unhealthy food. Don't take those processed foods or chips from the supermarket "for visitors" for the children or grandchildren. Even if they were, they shouldn't be eating them either. Start by limiting these foods in your supermarket cart and every time you go, eliminate one, until the day comes when you don't buy any products such as cookies, cakes, juices or sodas.

5. Wait 5 minutes before attacking any sugary foods, potatoes, tortillas or other packaged snacks full of fat and salt. Ask yourself if you want to eat them to calm some emotion of the moment. Before doing this, drink water, drink tea, brush your teeth, go for a walk or call a friend. Chances are, after doing these things, you will no longer be tempted to eat.

6. Don't lose sight of your goal. Hang the dress or pants you want to wear when you lose weight where you can see them. Do your laboratories

blood annually so that you can dedicate time to changing habits and correcting the health problems you have.

7. Move your body willingly and not out of obligation. Stop thinking about exercises you're not actually going to do or paying for a gym membership we're going to go to. Find some physical activity that excites you and a friend or someone to accompany you to make it more enjoyable.

8. The value of the reward is very great. When we receive a reward, certain areas in our brain are activated. This not only makes us feel good in the moment, but we also want to repeat what gives us pleasure. Therefore, give yourself a prize or something of value to you. It doesn't necessarily have to be something purchased, it can be an achievement like improving your labs, looking better, or giving yourself something you like.

9. Try a week of eating fresh foods. If you're short on time, cook them ahead of time on the weekend, divide the meal into portions, and freeze them. This way you can have healthy food every day simply by taking the portion out of the refrigerator. This will help you not fall into temptation.

10. To find out how much water to drink during the day, take half your weight in ounces. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, divide this by 2. This gives you 75 ounces of water daily. An average of 4 to 5 bottles of water of 16 ounces each.

Put these simple tips into practice and you will see how, in a short time, your habits will change, your body will feel lighter and your mood will also improve.
