Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cubed pineapple (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ ripe banana

  • 1 orange

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • Contents of 1 vitamin B12 capsule

  • Contents of 1 vitamin C capsule

  • Contents of 1 zinc capsule

  • Contents of 1 echinacea capsule

  • 1 cup of filtered or boiled water (or almond or coconut milk if you prefer)

  • Ice (Optional)

  • Stevia (Optional)

Instructions:

Juice the orange and cut the half banana into pieces. Place in the blender with a few ice cubes and the pineapple chunks. Add the scoop of protein powder along with the contents of the 4 capsules, the water or non-dairy milk, and stevia to taste. Blend for a spectacular smoothie!
