The “K Protocol” to boost our defenses

Protocol K for preventive use:
Multivitamin with copper: Copper acts in synergy with iron, strengthening the immune system. 1 capsule or tablet a day.
Elderberry or elderberry: Various studies have shown that it can have positive effects to prevent and treat flu, allergies and problems related to the respiratory system in general. It is recommended 10 milliliters daily, which is the equivalent of 2 teaspoons.
Vitamin C: It enhances the proper functioning of the immune system by improving iron absorption and shortens the duration of symptoms of respiratory infections. 500 milligrams a day.
Zinc: It fights bacteria and viruses, as well as raises our defenses. You can use it in tablet form or in the throat lozenge version. The recommended dose is 15 milligrams per day.

Protocol K as a treatment when there are symptoms of flu or respiratory infection:
Stop taking elderberry or elderberry
Stop taking vitamin D3.
Increase vitamin C to 1000 milligrams 3 times a day.
Increase zinc to 30 milligrams a day.
Increase melatonin to 10 milligrams at night.
