Home Remedies: A Shake to Ward Off Fatty Liver

Try this delicious recipe to help control excess fat and liver inflammation:
1 ½ cups of boiling water
1 satchel of hibiscus tea
1 cup of cubed, ripe fresh or frozen papaya
1 tablespoon of milk thistle
Contents of 1 red yeast rice capsule
Contents of 1 nopal capsule
Prepare the tea in the hot water and allow to cool. Add to the remaining ingredients in a blender and mix until creamy. Add ice or water as desired. Serve and drink immediately.
You can consume this drink once a day. Replace milk thistle with regular tea if unavailable.
