Wraps de acelga rellenos de pollo


  • 2 leaves swiss chard
  • 1 cup cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 sweet potato
  • ½ cucumber
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • ½ avocado


Wash and peel the sweet potato and chop into large chunks. Bring water in a pot to a boil. Add sweet potato pieces, and cook for 10 minutes or until tender.
Making the wraps: lay out the Swiss chard. Chop off the end of the stems. Add chicken, avocado slices, sweet potato, few slices of cucumber and bell pepper and wrap.
