Grilled Chicken Rice Pilaf with Brussel Sprouts

  • 6 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled on BBQ if desired
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Brussel sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup rice pilaf (add slithered almonds and raisins if desired)


Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill on BBQ or a skillet.  Heat oven to 350 and bake honey drizzled Brussel sprouts until tender. If you choose to BBQ chicken, you may cook the Brussel sprouts on the grill. Cook rice pilaf in vegetable or chicken broth and add slithered almonds and raisins if desired. Enjoy!
