Ingredients:
- 6 oz chicken breast
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 cups broccoli
Directions:
Heat the olive oil and onion in a frying pan over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add to the frying pan and cook for approximately 10 minutes, until brown on each side. Serve with steamed broccoli to double the delicious!
