Ingredients:
- 4 ounces lean ground beef
- 2 cups red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ cup cheddar cheese
- 4 large lettuce leaves
- 1 avocado, diced
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tsp cilantro
Directions:
Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat until browned. Add bell pepper and cook until soft. Separate the 4 large lettuce leaves and fill them with an equal amount of beef and peppers. Top with cheese, avocado, sour cream, and cilantro. Fun and filling!
