Ingredients:
- 6 oz of sliced beef
- 1 head of broccoli cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- ½ cup onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 4 almonds
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation:
Heat oil on a frying pan over medium-high heat until the oil is hot. Fry the meat on one side, and lightly toast the carrots and broccoli on the other. When both sides are ready, mix together and add the rest of the ingredients. Eating healthy has never been tastier!
