- 1 cauliflower
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- ½ cup of finely chopped chives
- Pinch of pepper
- ¼ cup of low-fat cream cheese
- ½ cup of parmesan cheese
- 20 steamed asparagus
Preparation:Steam the cauliflower. When it’s cooked, blend it in a food processor until it reaches the consistency of purée. Fry the garlic in extra virgin olive oil for 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a fork. Serve with asparagus for some tasty eating!
