  • 2 chicken or vegan sausages
  • ½ chopped red onion
  • 1 small green pepper cut into slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup wild rice (prepared)
  • ½ avocado


Cook sausages as directed on package. In a medium skillet, add the olive oil, onions, and sliced ​​peppers. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over wild rice, accompanied by slices of avocado.
