Summer Season Shrimp Fried Rice

Arroz veraniego con camarones


  • 8 medium shrimp
  • 1 cup rice white or brown
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup mixed veggies (may be frozen)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
  • 2 fresh garlic cloves minced
  • 1 small red onion sliced
  • 1 tsp soy sauce or Aminos
  • Salt & pepper to taste



In a medium pan, add sesame oil, onion, garlic, shrimp, and sauté until the edges are brown. Add amino or soy sauce, vegetable mix, salt, and pepper. Cook rice as directed in the instructions. Once ready, mix rice with shrimp, and veggie blend. Crack one egg over the mixture and blend until the egg is completely cooked. Top with sesame seeds.
