Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ cup frozen mixed veggies
- ½ cup red onions
- ½ tsp curcumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 multigrain whole wheat toast
Directions
Add olive oil and sauté all ingredients in a medium skillet, except the eggs. Add eggs and scramble. Serve with a whole grain multigrain toast.
