Pork Tenderloin Black Beans and Brown Rice

  • 6 ounces pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup black beans cooked, seasoned with oregano leaf and a pinch of salt
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • Sprinkle cinnamon


Preheat the oven to 450 F. Mix Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic. Sprinkle over pork, rubbing the seasoning in with your fingers. Add olive oil to a baking pan and place pork. Flip the pork over and continue baking for 15 minutes. Serve pork with rice and black beans.
