Ingredients:
- 6 oz chicken breast grilled (optional), cut into mini cubes
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ½ Haas avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- ½ tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp red onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 2 soft small tortillas
Directions
Prepare grill to medium-high heat. Brush chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place chicken on the grill for 6 minutes on each side until done. Cut into cubes. Place tortillas on a plate and layer with all ingredients. Top with mozzarella cheese and fold tortillas in half. Enjoy!
