Ingredients:
- 6-ounce pork loin chops
- 1 orange sliced
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 scallion minced
- 1 cup wild rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and brown on each side, about 3 to 5 minutes. Place pork chop in a baking dish and top with orange slices. Sprinkle with nutmeg and a dash of cinnamon. Bake for 30 minutes until pork chop is ready.
Cook wild rice as indicated by package directions, boiling in chicken broth to add more flavor.
Steam broccoli in chicken broth while cooking the wild rice. Serve everything together and enjoy!
