Ingredients:
- 6 ounces pork tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons of leeks
- ½ red onion
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 ½ tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup broccoli
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the mix to season the pork, and let it for 10 minutes.
