Guacamole Egg Toast

Tostada con guacamole y huevo

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 slices Ezequiel or whole multi grain bread
  • 2 slices of tomatoes
  • 8-10 spinach leaves
  • 2 oz of guacamole

Directions:

Bring a quart of water to a boil, add the egg, and cover the lid. After 5 minutes, remove from heat.

Toast the bread and spread guacamole serve with tomatoes slices and spinach. Cut egg into slices and top the toast.
