Having more energy is an important factor every day, especially when we want to lose weight. We need it to activate and exercise, to stay focused on our goal and to fulfill our daily activities. However, if we are not adequately nurturing, this task becomes difficult, as our agency does not have the "fuel" needed to achieve this.

Capp pastryBuchino style Entalla


  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat porridge
  • 1 tablespoon ultra-thin coffee
  • 1 cup of Monk Fructose (Monk Fructose) or Stevia
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Half teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon apple vinegar
  • 1/3 cup apple sauce or 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • 4 tablespoons almond slices


Preheat the oven to 350 º F. Cover a tray of 12 muffins or pastries with a disposable baking mold.

In the bowl, it combines the dry ingredients from the recipe. Then, add liquid ingredients and mix everything.

Place a little mixture in each of the 12 muffin spaces on the tray and place it in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Take the tray out of the oven and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Decorate pastries with healthy icing.

  • 2/3 cups whey cheese
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon Monk Fructose (Monk Fructose)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 small slice of ultra-thin coffee
