Ingredients:
- 6 oz tuna (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- ½ cup coriander, chopped
- 1 avocado
- Contents of 1 turmeric capsule
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Brown the tuna in a large frying pan over high heat, about 3 minutes each side. In a bowl, mix the lemon, coriander, garlic, salt, pepper, turmeric and ginger. Plate the tuna on a plate and drizzle the marinade on top. Add sliced avocado and serve with steamed green beans.
