Ingredients:
- ½ cup vanilla yogurt
- ½ cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- A pinch of cinnamon
Directions:
In a glass cup, layer the yogurt, oats and blueberries one after the other until done. Sprinkle chia seeds, cinnamon, and honey to treat yourself to a moment of sweetness!
