Pork tenderloin with green beans and sweet potato

Solomillo de cerdo con un toque dulce, judías verdes y boniato


  • 6 ounces pork tenderloin 
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning 
  • 1 dash salt 
  • 1 dash pepper 
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder 
  • 1 cup green beans 
  • 2 cups sweet potato, chopped 
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon 



Preheat oven 450 °F. 

Steam the green beans separately and set aside. 

To season the pork, mix together Italian seasoning, salt pepper, and garlic and sprinkle over pork, rubbing the seasoning in with your fingers. 

To cook, place pork in an oven safe dish with the sweet potatoes. Coat with olive oil and bake for ten minutes. After ten minutes flip over the pork and continue cooking for an additional 15 minutes. When finished, serve with the steamed green beans. Enjoy!
