Crab-stuffed avocado shells

Caracolas de Aguacate Rellenas de Cangrejo


  • 3 small avocados, halved with skin and seed removed
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 cups frozen crab
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of diced onions
  • 1 spoon of avocado-based mayonnaise


Knick the bottom of each avocado half so that it sits firmly on a plate without rocking. Prick the avocado with a fork to season with the lemon, salt and pepper. Mash the eggs and mix with the rest of the ingredients until forming a paste. Fill the avocado shells with the paste and serve cold. Energy and nutrition that tastes delicious!
