Lush ribs with cheese & pumpkin

Costillas Exuberantes Con Queso y Calabaza


  • 12 oz boneless beef ribs
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 3 oz Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Santo Remedio turmeric capsule
  • Pinch of salt and pepper


Heat the olive oil in a frying pan on medium-high. Add the onion and green pepper and cook for about 15 minutes until the onions are golden. Move the vegetables to one side of the pan and add oil to the other side. Once hot, add the meat on the oil. Cook for about 5 minutes until soft. Mix the chicken and vegetables, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Plate the chicken mixture, topping with cheese. Add steamed pumpkin on the side for finger-licking goodness!
