Ingredients

  • 6 ounces flank steak chopped
  • 2 tbsp pico de gallo
  • 1 red bell pepper finely sliced
  • 1 red-orange bell pepper finely sliced
  • 1 red onion finely sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 leeks sliced
  • 1 spinach tortilla

Directions

Steak and Pico de Gallo Wrap

Heat a pan over medium heat. Add flank steak and grill for 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and add red and orange bell peppers and onions. Cook until tender. Stir frequently. Cut steak into cubes and form the wrap with steak, bell peppers, onions, and Pico de Gallo. Bon appetite!
