Refreshing Chia Cucumber

Pepino refrescante con semillas de chía

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons white wine or rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
