Santo Remedio turkey burger

Hamburguesa Santo Remedio de Pavo


  • ½ pound ground turkey
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 Santo Remedio turmeric capsule
  • Pinch of salt and pepper


Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high while you combine the ground turkey and seasonings in a deep glass bowl. Divide the meat mixture in two portions and form each into a small, thin hamburger. Cook each burger in the pan for about 6 minutes on each side or until completely cooked. Sandwich the burgers between large lettuce leaves, topping with tomato and avocado-based mayonnaise if desired. Serve with sweet potatoes on the side and you are ready to enjoy!
